- 1 Hour Training Session $50
- 10 Sessions - $300 ($30 a session)
- 15 Sessions - $420 ($28 a session)
- 20 Sessions - $500 ($25 a session)

45 minute circuit-style sessions combine strength-endurance training and total body conditioning, ideal for those looking to receive personalized attention guaranteed by keeping each class under 8 athletes.
